What we are looking for:

As a Project Coordinator, this individualwill support the team in trackingall project risks and mitigation strategies. To be successful in this position, this individual will need to be exceptionally detail oriented as they will be responsible formonitoring and maintaining organization around budgets, bids, contracts, funding requests, and communication plans. This individualwill thrive on schedules, milestones, and delivering solutions on time and will bring order to a fast-paced growth environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide support to and work with Deployment Project Managers, Stem’s Battery Vendors, Stem’s Customers, Technical Sales, Engineering, Stem Operations and Software Development to support project expedience and customer success

Support the team in the tracking and organization ofproject plans from purchase order to completion.

Prepares project status reports and works to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications.

Communicate regularly with Technical Sales and the customer to manage expectations.

Work with field service to efficiently organize field activities.

Develop tools for and report periodically internally and externally on health of projects.

Develop tools to understand and manage resource loading across the organization.

Coordinate and attend periodic project meetings – internal and with customer.

Support project managers in reporting project costs and process change orders with sales and the customer or accounting as needed.

Help to define and refine internal processes.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role

Experience in the Solar or related power industry preferred but not required

Strong written, verbal, and customer account management skills in communicating issues, impacts, and corrective actions on programs to internal and external representatives.

Ability to understand and communicate both technical and business information.

Able to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

Remote work or Office Setting, primarily in cubicles.

Travel by car, air, train.

Moderate to high noise levels (i.e. business office with computers, phone, printers, moderate traffic).

Ability to sit or stand (standing desk provide upon request) at a computer terminal for an extended period.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, keyboard, etc.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.

Light to moderate lifting may be required.

Regular, predictable attendance is required.

Ability to uphold the stress of traveling.

This position is eligible to participate in the Stem Long Term Incentive plan, by granting Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). These RSUs will be awarded within the first quarter of employment and vesting 33%, 33%, and 34% on each of the first three anniversaries of the grant date.
