A company in the financial sector is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator.

The individual in this role will handle technical support related to calls and emails addressed to the Facilities team.

They will also be responsible for receiving and processing routine requests related to occupancy management, including the arrival and relocation of personnel without intervention and occupancy updates.

Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming client calls and provide customer support and/or technical assistance.
- Respond to team emails and also provide customer support and/or technical assistance.
- Analyze, process, and follow up on routine requests.
- Adhere to deadlines, company policies, and standards when fulfilling operational requests.
- Ensure the quality of data in the database.
- Provide occasional expertise to resolve issues related to the management of the real estate portfolio.

Qualifications
- Relevant customer service experience.
- Diploma in an appropriate administrative discipline.
- Bilingual in French and English (essential).
