Peer Tutoring Coordinator
Auxiliary-7 hours/week
July 2, 2024 to March 31, 2025
Duties: Reporting to the Dean of Innovation for Teaching and Learning, this position focuses on leading and advising student peer tutors. This individual recruit and mentor's student peer tutors and will develop, implement, and update training for peer tutoring programs that upholds the institution's commitment to student success, equity, and decolonization.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or related field. Minimum of five years of experience teaching in a post-secondary setting. Demonstrated record of advising and facilitating student success. Demonstrated record of equity, inclusion and decolonizing practices in teaching and learning

As an employee of College of the Rockies, the successful candidate is expected to be a lifelong learner who continues to develop his/her skills to help the College meet the needs of our students and our other valued clients.

Salary: As per the Faculty Salary Schedule and depending on qualifications, instructional and related work experience, the salary for auxiliary employees is $44.89 to $60.26 per hour (this includes 16% in lieu of benefits and vacation).
