Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform and document nutrition assessments Plan, monitor, and implement nutrition interventions Update client nutritional care plans and attending client care conferences Provide nutritional education and counselling to clients, families, and staff Supervise clinical dietetics students

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

Current member of College of Dietitians of Ontario, in good standing Minimum of six months’ experience working in a Hospital setting Experience in providing enteral nutrition required Experience working as a member of an interprofessional team required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Computer skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office Software (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred Meditech, as well as specialized nutrition related software knowledge preferred Ability to interact effectively with clients, families and members of the interprofessional team Knowledge of or an interest in research
