Responsibilities

  • Profit and loss reporting and budgetary planning.
  • Operational reviews and processes.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers.

  • Fleet management regarding construction equipment.
  • Developing, implementing, and training staff.
  • Conduct Audits.

Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field Conditions of Employment
  • Minimum 4 years in outside sales along with 3 years of managerial experience in the construction or equipment rental industry.
  • Ability to travel when required.
  • Must have valid G driver’s license.
  • A recent driver’s abstract will be required.
Compensation Data
  • Base range $85K plus quarterly profit share
  • Company truck with gas card and expense card
