Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Business Consultant for an 8 month contract in Toronto.

This is hybrid role with one day in office.

Pay rate: $66 - 68.28
Working Hours: 37.5 Hours/week, 9-5 Monday to Friday with some flexibility starting between 7:30 and 9AM.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Business Consultant, your duties will include but not limited to:
•Coordinate and manage the preparation, testing, and maintenance of business continuity plans, ensuring compliance with BCM policies and standards.
•Conduct resource dependency analyses and develop alternative BCP strategies for critical business units.
•Participate in the design and evolution of the BCM program, representing business unit needs and ensuring resource allocation.
•Collaborate with senior leaders and external partners, providing specialized advice on business resilience and recovery.
•Support senior management during disasters, overseeing recovery activities, operational testing, and verification of third-party recovery capabilities.

Qualifications
•3-5+ Years experience within business continuity management
•Archer experience would be helpful
•Banking industry experience
•Good written and spoken communication skills
•Strong relationship building skills
