Bilingual Distribution Finance Relationship Portfolio Associate

Wells Fargo is seeking a Bilingual Distribution Finance Relationship Portfolio Associate (internally known as Credit Portfolio Associate) in our Mississauga or Montreal office.
In this role, you will:
- Provide support as an advisor regarding credit performance, potential or emerging risks, and business conformity with risk appetite, credit culture, and policies
- Review basic or tactical issues, credit policies or procedures, complex credit reports, and findings and insights to recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies to management
- Receive direction from supervisors, and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of credit function, analytical tools, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal or external customers
- 6+ months of Credit Portfolio Consulting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Bilingual French and English
- 6+ months of Relationship Management experience
- Review credit analysis on assigned portfolio to include financial trends, controls and collateral
- Schedule and coordinate bank deposit review, audits and buyout process
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
- Make decisions and resolves issues to meet business objectives
- Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers

- Recevoir des directives de vos supérieurs et exercer un jugement indépendant tout en étendant vos connaissances pour comprendre la fonction de crédit, les outils analytiques, les politiques, les procédures et les exigences en matière de conformité
- Collaborer et consulter les gestionnaires, les collègues des services fonctionnels et les intervenants, y compris les clients internes et externes
- Au moins 6 mois d'expérience en matière de conseil en portefeuille de crédit ou une expérience équivalente démontrée par l'un des éléments suivants ou une combinaison de ceux-ci : expérience professionnelle, formation, expérience militaire, éducation
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais)
- Au moins 6 mois d'expérience en gestion des relations
- Étudier l'analyse de crédit du portefeuille assigné, notamment les tendances financières, les mesures de contrôle et les garanties
- Planifier et coordonner le processus de vérification, d'audit et de rachat des dépôts bancaires
- Déterminer et recommander des possibilités d'amélioration des processus et de développement d'un système de contrôle des risques
- Prendre des décisions et résoudre des problèmes afin d'atteindre les objectifs commerciaux
- Interpréter les politiques, les procédures et les exigences en matière de conformité
- Agir de concert avec les pairs, les collègues et les gestionnaires pour résoudre les problèmes et atteindre les objectifs.
