Responsibilities
Leading a group consisting of Analysts, Developers, Solution Architects, Development Lead, vendors, and partners, guiding them through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from initial requirements gathering and design, through delivery, and continuing into support and ongoing maintenance
Provide direction and foster skills development in Application Portfolio Management and Technology Roadmaps
Act as a business relationship manager
guidance and direction in vendor negotiation, RFP Vendor Selection, definition of SOW and KPI.
Budget management, purchase orders, vendors, contracts, and daily departmental tasks
Lead DevSecOps, Adobe, Salesforce, and Software Development teams. Ensured adherence to SDLC best practices, maintained current technical roadmaps, and facilitated the sharing of knowledge throughout Enterprise Business Solutions

Qualifications
University degree in CS or related discipline
7+ years of experience in leading large scale business systems implementation
5+ years of managerial exp in IT sector
Proficiency in executing and taking the lead in technical methodologies
A comprehensive grasp of application architecture and its integration with enterprise architecture strategy, middleware, and adherence to security standards
Proficiency in application development, encompassing DevSecOps and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in diverse environments such as Azure DevOps, MuleSoft, AWS (utilizing Ruby, Lambda, S3, and Cognito), Java, Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions, operating on a range of databases, and seamlessly integrating with various system types, including SAP, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, and Dealer Management Systems
