Collaborate with organizational management and leadership teams to align clinic operations with broader strategic objectives. Work closely with the Project Management Office on the implementation of projects, analytics, and enhancing clinic efficiency. Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety protocols and regulations. Engage and align clinic staff, physicians, management, vendors, and stakeholders to support organizational priorities. Establish, communicate, and enforce clinic policies, including confidentiality and operational guidelines. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Continuously develop strategies to increase productivity and efficiency across all sites. Oversee the optimization and utilization of electronic health records and IT systems. Other relevant projects and initiatives as required. Human Resource Directly manage clinic staff, ensuring smooth and productive operations across all sites. Oversee effective recruitment, training, and performance management of staff. Maximize the service delivery from physicians, specialists, pharmacies, and allied health services. Foster strong communication and engagement with physicians, providers, vendors, and patients. Work with the accounting team to monitor operational efficiency, ensuring adherence to budgeted staff ratios and cost controls.
