The Vice President of Sales leads the organization’s sales strategy. This role is pivotal in cultivating long-term client relationships, driving new business development, and aligning with the strategic sales and marketing objectives. Serving as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, to ensure timely and successful delivery of castings tailored to client needs. Responsibilities Be the primary point of contact for all regional customers, regardless of sourcing unit Develop and execute strategic action plans for key accounts and high‑potential prospects Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and stakeholders Recommend pricing strategies and communicate validated pricing changes Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience Partner sales reps to identify and secure new business opportunities Report on monthly/quarterly initiatives and account metrics Track casting usage and destination across customer accounts Maintain accurate records of quotes and follow‑ups Liaise with engineering teams to communicate technical and commercial details Gather and analyze market intelligence (demand, competition, trends) Represent the organization at trade shows and industry events Stay current through professional development and industry engagement Demonstrated competencies regarding negotiating T&Cs Experience, Qualifications & Attributes Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field 5+ years of sales experience in the metal casting industry preferred Basic understanding of casting principles, solidification, and heat treatment an asset Ability to read engineering drawings and understand machining fundamentals Proven success in account management and client‑focused solution delivery Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills Excellent verbal and written communication Highly organized with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a results‑driven environment We thank all interested parties but only those selected will be contacted to move forward.
