Sales Executive – Ready-Mix

About CDWare CDWare is transforming the way concrete and construction materials are delivered, tracked, and managed. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help us expand our footprint in the ready‑mix, asphalt and aggregates sectors. In this role, you’ll connect with producers, dispatchers, and fleet managers who are looking to modernize their fleet and delivery operations. You’ll identify opportunities, demonstrate the value of CDWare’s platform, and help clients improve efficiency, visibility, and profitability across their fleets. You’ll work closely with our marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure every new client experiences a seamless transition from first conversation to full deployment. What you will do Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the ready‑mix and construction materials sectors. Build and manage relationships with key decision makers (operations managers, dispatchers, general managers). Conduct product demos and presentations that showcase measurable value for clients. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and contract signature. Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and activity tracking in the CRM. Collaborate with Marketing to support campaigns, events, and trade shows. Provide market insights to help shape go‑to‑market and product strategies. The Right Fit Experience in the ready‑mix or building materials industry. Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong organizational skills and autonomy in managing a territory. Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, etc.). #J-18808-Ljbffr
