You’ll collaborate with the Dual Director of People Resources and General Manager to keep people operations smooth, spirited, and compliant with provincial regulations. From recruiting rock stars to supporting leadership growth, your work will shape an engaging workplace where authenticity thrives. WHO YOU ARE: 2‑year experience in Human Resources, or related field with at least 3 years of progressive HR or operations experience. OR 4‑year degree in a related major with 2 years of HR or management experience.
