Modelo Tech Studio Ltd. is a growing BIM/VDC consulting firm that works closely with General Contractors, Trades, Architects, and Engineers. We work on industrial, commercial, institutional, and residential projects, and we are continuously looking to hire superstars to join our team


Position:

We are looking for a Civil 3D Designer who will report to our BIM/VDC fro Civil Manager. The successful candidate will help our Civil group to develop 2D and 3D models and produce drawings.


Responsibilities:

• Manage survey, point cloud, and GIS data.

• Model surfaces, and perform volumetric estimates and quantity take-offs.

• Create alignments, profiles, and sections.

• 3D Models and 2D Drawing production within Civil 3D or AutoCAD.

• Site visits

• Other duties as required by the supervisors.


Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong teamwork attitude.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to interpret topographic information and read Architectural, Structural and Civil Drawings.

• Good knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D and Recap.

• Good knowledge of Excel and GIS is an asset.

• Knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Etc.)


Wage:

$30 to $35/hr
