Business Application Support Analyst – TD Lieu De Travail: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Horaire: 37.5 Secteur D’activité: Solutions technologiques Détails De La Rémunération: $65,600 - $98,400 CAD Job Description: The eGRC Business Application Support Analyst, Regulatory Change Management (RCRM) Laws, Rules, and Regulations (LRR) is responsible for ensuring that a development team (pod) or multiple development teams (pods) are creating value for the organization through the delivery of customer‑focused product increments. This entails aligning with other Business Analysts, Product Owners and Senior Management to follow a product vision, creating and maintaining a prioritized product backlog, managing delivery blockers, and continuously assessing customer feedback. The Business Analyst II should always be considering how to maximize value, assessing how the product or the delivery process can be continuously improved, contributing to a positive work environment and ensuring that work embodies the Agile principles of, collaboration and engagement. The Business Application Support role provides support and delivery of requirements and work packages on low complexity projects/initiatives in alignment with business strategies. This role may also support teams with project/program delivery. Position Summary: This role is part of the EGRC Compliance RCRM and Laws Rules & Regulations (LRR). This person will be responsible for executing and supporting the Non‑Financial Risk Compliance Transformation efforts. The Business Application Support Analyst is experienced in business analysis, risk governance, and data‑driven problem solving. Skilled in JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Excel Power BI, SQL, and Python , with a proven ability to troubleshoot application issues, analyze workflows, and improve system performance. Adept at supporting Agile teams, managing user requirements, and enhancing business processes through automation and data insights. Key Skills Relevant experience in Application Support, Access Management, Testing/UAT, Data Extraction & Reporting Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Excellent communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Collaborative team player with cross‑functional experience Customer‑focused with a commitment to service excellence Adaptable and quick to learn new systems and technologies Proactive mindset and continuous improvement focus About TD La TD est un chef de file mondial dans le secteur des institutions financières.
