Dental Office CoordinatorJob Title: Dental Office CoordinatorCompany: New Sudbury Dental.Location: 1749 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury ON.Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Office Coordinator to join our team.The ideal candidate will have experience in dental office administration, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care.Abeldent experience and ability to communicate in French an asset.As the Office Coordinator, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the office and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.Hourly wage, plus bi-annual bonus compensation to be negotiated.Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the activities of dental office staff to ensure efficient operationsManage patient scheduling and appointment bookingsHelping patients with treatment needs and ensuring financial agreements in helping achieve optimal oral health.Support optimizing the dentists' and hygienist's scheduleCoordinate treatment plans and schedule appointments, follow up phone callsInsurance communication and coordination with treatment plansPatient referral letters and follow-up correspondence.Ensure proper and good patient communications, attention to detail, and awareness of a team environment.Oversee billing and insurance claims processingMaintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulationsHandle patient inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely mannerAssist with hiring, training, and evaluating office staffMonitor inventory and order office supplies as neededCollaborate with the Office Manager to develop and implement office policies and proceduresPerform other administrative tasks as assignedRequirements:Previous experience in dental office administration or managementProficiency in dental software systems, (Abeldent)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership abilities and a collaborative approach to problem-solvingAttention to detail and the ability to multitask effectivelyKnowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance billing practicesFamiliarity with relevant regulations
