Employer Industry: Technology and E-commerce Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $216,000 Remote-first flexibility: Work from anywhere in the world and choose your hours Unlimited PTO, company-wide recharge days, and annual team offsites Weekly UberEats credits and travel discounts on SuperTravel Generous parental leave and flexible return-to-work plans Access to wellness budgets, personal development funds, and team-level learning resources What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Lead strategy and execution for the Homepage and Super+ Membership ecosystem to enhance user journeys and retention Manage a cross-functional team to unify product experiences and deliver sustained value across product lines Set and deliver on objectives and key results (OKRs), ensuring accountability for team performance Create and launch product documentation and experiments, analyzing outcomes and defining KPIs for success Conduct in-depth research and analysis using various tools to inform data-driven decisions and enhance customer experiences What is Required (Qualifications): 5-7 years of experience in B2C product management, specifically in optimizing homepage, activation, and membership management 3+ years of collaboration with growth, design, engineering, and cross-functional teams Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor teammates effectively Successful track record of launching products from concept to market and scaling them Strong project management and communication skills, both written and verbal How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience in driving product strategy and execution in ambiguous environments Ability to demonstrate data-driven analytical thinking with supporting examples Familiarity with customer empathy research and engagement in product QA processes We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
