We’re seeking an experienced professional who combines technical expertise, mentorship, and craftsmanship to help carry Euro-Can forward. The Role The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the technical and operational aspects of our custom home and commercial projects. This position combines hands‑on site and installation expertise with leadership and client relationship management. You’ll be responsible for measurement, drawing interpretation, project coordination, and installation oversight, while also mentoring junior staff and ensuring each project meets Euro-Can’s high standards for quality and precision. Key Responsibilities Lead and perform digital site measures to ensure accurate templating and fabrication. Interpret architectural and shop drawings, identifying and resolving potential issues before they arise. Collaborate with construction teams, designers, and clients to align on details and solutions. Manage project timelines, site readiness, and installation processes for custom homes and commercial spaces. Mentor and support project managers, coordinators, and installers in process improvement and craftsmanship. Maintain Euro-Can’s commitment to excellence in finishing — grain continuity, edge treatments, joint alignment, and overall presentation. Support business development through professional client engagement and strong relationship management. What You Bring 10+ years of experience in the stone, millwork, or construction finishing industry. Advanced understanding of stone fabrication or millwork fabrication, installation, and site coordination. Proficiency in digital templating, CAD interpretation, and construction communication. A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills. Experience mentoring teams and improving operational processes.
