We want each person to be the greatest of all time, and that includes you About the role We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to design and execute high‑impact marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role requires a self‑starter who thrives on ownership and can make sound decisions while keeping stakeholders informed. The ideal candidate brings creativity, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver measurable results. Campaign Development Build comprehensive campaign briefs with clear objectives, target audiences, and key messaging. Partner with the Head of Marketing for strategic input and final approval. Execution Manage the end‑to‑end execution of multi‑channel demand generation campaigns, including email, events, webinars, and content syndication. Work closely with Marketing Operations and creative/design resources to deliver campaigns on time and on brand. Partner with the Digital Acquisition team on paid media initiatives to extend campaign reach. Collaboration Coordinate with Sales and Customer/Partner Marketing to ensure campaigns align with pipeline goals and outreach priorities. Foster strong cross‑functional relationships to maximize impact. Lead Management Work with Marketing Operations on list building, lead routing, and lead scoring to ensure smooth handoff and timely follow‑up. Performance Reporting Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, reporting results to key stakeholders. Provide data‑driven recommendations to improve conversion rates, ROI, and overall marketing effectiveness. Market Awareness Stay current on marketing trends, buyer behaviours, and competitive activity to enhance campaign strategy and execution. What are we looking for? Experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or related fields. Proven success planning and executing integrated campaigns that generate measurable pipeline. Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics tools (HubSpot and Salesforce experience preferred). Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Collaborative mindset with the confidence to make decisions and drive initiatives forward.
