Our client is looking for a Freight Broker

We are looking for energetic Freight professionals with previous experience in booking freight and working with customers to successfully lock in a business relationship.

You will be responsible for bringing and closing new customers who require LTL and TL carriers to move their freight.

After prospecting for new customers the you will work with the operations team to provide solutions for the customer.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

MUST have experience working in the trucking industryExperience with rating loads based on locationStrong verbal and written English communication skillsProficient with the use of a computer, including but not limited to the use of Microsoft Office SoftwareStrong customer service skillsGood work attitude and willing to learnAbility to handle a fast-paced workloadFlexible work scheduleA book of book of business is preferredThis is a permanent position and direct hire.
