Quality Control (QC) Inspector – Richmond Hill, ON Company: Perfect Staffing Permanent & Temporary Employment Services Job Type: Full-Time Rate: TBD based on experience Start Date: As soon as possible Perfect Staffing is recruiting an attentive and reliable Quality Control Inspector for one of our manufacturing clients located in Richmond Hill. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to ensuring high-quality standards throughout the production process. Key Responsibilities: Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. Perform visual inspections and use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other QC equipment. Record inspection findings, prepare QC reports, and flag any non-conformances. Work closely with production staff to communicate defects and support corrective actions. Maintain accurate documentation and follow established quality procedures. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and support quality audits when required. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing or production environment. Ability to read and understand technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications. Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. Experience using precision measuring tools and QC equipment. Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and documentation skills.
