We also take time to recognize each other and have fun Summary of the Position As the Director of Finance you will join the Senior Management Team to assume responsibility for the finance functions of the agency. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will be a leader who energizes others, keeping people focused on purpose and vision with contagious positivity. Your experience in finance as they pertain to health care funding and skills in balancing programming, compliance, controls, and accounting will demonstrate your ability to develop improved service standards. Pay Range: 97,044 to 113,885 per year Responsibilities Lead financial planning and preparation of financial statements, budgets, and annual audit coordination. Recommend and implement internal controls, financial and risk policies, and procedures. Coach agency leaders in financial matters and foster operational efficiency. Support business analysis for new initiatives and special projects, including project management, grant application, OHRS, MIS TB, AIR/ARR, Yardi, MS Great Plains, and procurement. Qualifications CGA, CMA, or CA designation. Minimum of five to seven years in financial management with supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of applicable legislation and reporting standards. Advanced proficiency in accounting systems and software (e.g., Excel, Great Plains). Excellent communication and ethical standards with a supportive demeanor. Valid driver’s license, access to an insured vehicle, and a satisfactory Police Record Check.
