Responsibilities You thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on improving and supporting production environments at a regular cadence using Agile techniques. You practice continuous learning to keep up with current trends and design patterns in the software world. You understand DevOps and Security principles and believe they are essential to success for large scale applications. You have a deep understanding and passion for the cloud and supporting tools development. You understand the value that tools and automation bring to an engineering team's ability to effectively develop and reliably operate high-scale systems. You thrive on the success of your team by supporting them from a technical and architectural aspect, by guiding and mentoring others on the team. You have the ability to tackle problems both at the large scale and small scale. Experience You Need 10+ years of software development / DevOps / Security / Infra experience. Intimate understanding of Security and DevOps principles. 10+ years of experience architecting, managing and maintaining CI/CD tools, preferably: Github (including Actions) Artifactory Aquasec Jenkins Linux OS 5+ years of experience managing and maintaining the following development tools: Sonar Slack Blackduck Coverity Connect Blackduck Seeker Mend JIRA JIRA Service Management Confluence Experience in cloud technologies, like GCP, AWS, and Azure with at least 3 years of managing production environments and business continuity. Demonstrated ability to mentor other Software/DevOps engineers. Experience of driving organization-wide initiatives for tool and process standardization and consistency. 10+ years experience of creating and managing CI/CD pipelines in Groovy and YAML, specifically supporting Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory and Github Actions. Experience with Containerized applications in a production environment (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm). Good understanding of computer science fundamentals. Experience working on highly available, high-transaction volume, fault-tolerant systems. BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
