This role is focused on securing charter flight bookings and building long-term business relationships with organizations, companies, and strategic partners. This is not a “big corporate” sales role—this is an entrepreneurial role. You’ll be laying the foundation of our sales strategy, personally closing key deals, and shaping how we go to market. Key Responsibilities Drive Revenue Growth: Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities to drive charter flight bookings. Manage Sales Cycles: Own and deliver NectAir’s sales targets, from pipeline development to closing deals. Shape Strategy: Develop and refine our sales approach, help refine pricing models, and go‑to‑market playbook that target both direct customers and partner channels. Be hands‑on: Jump into calls, explain our service, meet customers face‑to‑face, and negotiate deals. Build relationships: Establish trusted partnerships with customers, corporate clients, member organizations, and strategic partners. Represent NectAir: Go to industry events, networking forums, etc. to promote the brand and service. Hire and lead: Build, coach, and scale a small but mighty sales team as we grow. Collaborate cross‑functionally: Work closely with leadership to refine value propositions and partnership programs. Educate prospects: Shift the mindset of those who haven’t yet considered private travel, showing them the value and accessibility of NectAir. Differentiate NectAir: Consistently highlight how we stand apart from jet charters and brokers. We are more flexible, cost‑effective, and easier to work with. Think like an owner: Always seek ways to improve processes, challenge assumptions, and drive impact. What We’re Looking For Entrepreneurial spirit: You’re a self‑starter who thrives in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments, with a results‑driven approach. Proven sales leadership: 10+ years in sales, business development, or corporate partnerships with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Hands‑on closer: Comfortable running the full sales cycle yourself while setting strategy for the team. Builder mindset: You’ve built sales processes and teams from scratch, not just inherited them. Strong communicator: Skilled at influencing, storytelling, and building trust with diverse stakeholders.
