Senior Coordinator, Field Operations

Overview The Senior Coordinator Field Operations position leads safe reliable and efficient field operations by championing occupational and process safety ensuring a strong safety culture. This role focuses on asset optimization and long-term development planning to enhance performance through identifying and defining production and cost-saving opportunities. A key responsibility is driving a culture for continuous improvement and encouraging a willingness to embrace change. Work Environment This position is field based in the Lloydminster area and surroundings and requires the successful candidate to live in the area. Responsibilities Manage day to day field operations across the Saskatchewan North / East operating area for CHO ensuring safe efficient and reliable production. Oversee multiple field locations providing direction and technical support to meet operational and maintenance targets. Collaborate closely with maintenance engineering finance health and safety and other operations teams to coordinate activities and optimize performance. Lead safety performance ensuring compliance with occupational and process safety standards and driving continuous improvement. Monitor and control production OPEX and GHG performance identifying and implementing optimization opportunities. Exercise independent decision-making authority on operational priorities. Who you are / Qualifications Legally authorized to work in Canada 12 years of experience in operations with minimum 3 years leadership experience Minimum high school diploma We acknowledge the value of transferrable skills and may consider equivalent combinations of experience and education should you not meet a specific requirement. As this position has been identified as safety sensitive employment of a final candidate selected for this position will be conditional upon successful completion of required pre-employment medical and alcohol / drug assessments. For this position you will be required to maintain a Class 5 driver's license a satisfactory driving record and adhere to the appropriate Company policies and guidelines. A drivers abstract will be one of the background checks requested in the pre-employment screening for the final candidate.
