Senior PM BI (Business Intelligence Delivery) Le Senior PM BI (Business Intelligence Delivery) est responsable de veiller à la planification, au contrôle et à la livraison de projets d’affaires. Il s’assure que les projets respectent la qualité exigée, le budget alloué et l’échéancier accordé à la réalisation de chacune des étapes. Il est aussi responsable de diriger et de motiver son équipe de travail en plus de coordonner les projets des clients avec lesquels il traite. RESPONSABILITÉS PARTICULIÈRES Planifier, organiser, diriger, contrôler et évaluer les différentes activités d’un projet; Définir les objectifs et la portée des livrables en collaboration avec les diverses parties prenantes et les mandataires; Établir un plan d’exécution et un échéancier pour le(s) projet(s) et mobiliser les contributeurs, en concordance avec le cycle de développement et de livraison des projets; Définir et gérer les efforts ainsi que la budgétisation pour les initiatives qui lui sont associées; Identifier, définir et soumettre toutes demandes de changements lorsque requis; Agir à titre de facilitateur pour la réalisation du mandat; Assurer la reddition de comptes et faire état de l’avancement du projet au différentes instances de gouvernance des projets; Gérer les attentes de la gestion et des clients; Produire les post mortem projets et faire des recommandations conséquentes; Assurer la transition des projets vers le secteur opérationnel, notamment en s’assurant de la rédaction des procédures et des guides opérationnels de ses projets et de leurs transferts aux ressources internes de l’équipe et aux secteurs. PROFIL Expérience avec BI – Business Intelligence – Delivery Expérience avec les projets de Data Integration / Data Exchange Expérience avec Delivery to Production Baccalauréat en technologies de l’information, ou domaine connexe, Maîtrise, un atout; 10 à 15 années d’expérience pertinente en technologie de l’information, dont 8 à 10 comme chargé de projet; Expérience en gestion de projets de transformation / affaires (changements organisationnels, amélioration de processus, changements d’outils de travail, implantation et intégration de progiciels, migration / conversion de données); Expérience avec projets transversaux avec un volet gestion de changement important ; Expérience à gérer des fournisseurs (expérience avec fournisseur d’envergure un atout) Habilité à gérer les attentes et facilités d’échanger avec des cadres supérieurs Bonne compréhension des pratiques exemplaires de l’industrie, notamment en ce qui concerne la norme PMI; une certification PMP est un atout important; Connaissance et expérience en gestion de projet Agile, plus spécifiquement le cadre de travail Scrum ; Connaissance de MS-Projet; Expérience démontrée en gestion de ressources et d’équipe de projet; COMPÉTENCES ET APTITUDES Compétences éprouvées en leadership (influence, négociation, facilitation, prise de décisions et résolution de problèmes); Aptitudes reconnues en service à la clientèle; Engagement, grande motivation personnelle, autonomie et souci du détail; Bilinguisme (anglais et français) oral et écrit niveau avancé.
