Location: Toronto, Ontario Salary: $75,000 - $105,000 (Additional years of experience for senior applicants will be considered for an increased salary range). Primary Responsibilities Complete structural analyses, calculations, and designs for a variety of projects. Prepare structural drawings and technical reports for projects, while peer reviewing the work of fellow team members. Conduct site inspections and field reviews. Manage communications with contractors, clients, subconsultants, and internal teams throughout projects while strengthening professional relationships. Manage projects to ensure schedule milestones and budget constraints are met. Role Engagement Work alongside one of our regional Team Leads, all of whom are experienced and licensed professionals. Supervise and support various team members including junior engineers, inspectors, and designers. Report to a company Director that acts as a support to yourself and your fellow Team Leads. Minimum Qualifications 4+ years of relevant experience in Ontario (ideally with structural rehabilitation, restoration and/or maintenance projects). Knowledge and understanding of relevant local standards and codes (OBC, NBCC, MTO Manuals, etc.). Moderate level of proficiency in AutoCAD. High level of proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills. Valid ‘G’ driver’s license and access to personal vehicle for travel to project sites. Professional Engineer Designation (P.Eng) issued by Professional Engineers of Ontario (or ability to apply within 1 year of start date).
