We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team of over 150 experts dedicated to creating incredible work, making our clients proud, and smashing personal and professional goals. Responsibilities Project management, including creative revisions, coordination of meetings, approvals and workback schedules Liaise with creative teams and internal resources to ensure projects run smoothly and on time Maintain day‑to‑day client communication and address challenges and opportunities Foster positive client and internal relationships Coordinate and execute general/miscellaneous requests in the daily running of the account Develop a thorough understanding of Direct Mail and Email best practices Ensure all internal departments have all necessary information, materials and elements promptly Use knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive direction Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Desired Skills & Experience 2 to 5 years’ experience in advertising/marketing communications and/or agency experience Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail Digital and/or Direct experience is an asset Strong written and oral communication skills French is an asset Soft Skills Proactive approach to account management Confidence without ego Positive, glass‑half‑full attitude Focus on every detail while seeing the big picture Eager to question and explore opportunities Accountable and highlight mistakes when necessary Enthusiastic about making those around you better Always up for a challenge Passionate about advertising Thrives on multitasking JAM CRM is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating and maintaining an inclusive and accessible workplace.
