About the Position MMG is a primary care provider within 20 locations in the Bronx and Westchester counties. Internal Medicine and Family Medicine trained physicians are needed to deliver collaborative, patient-centered care. The role is a day shift outpatient provider for the MMG – East Tremont Clinical site. Location & Schedule City/State: Bronx, New York Department: MMG – East Tremont Clinical Work Shift: Day Work Days: MON‑FRI Scheduled Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM Scheduled Daily Hours: 8 HOURS Pay Range: $156,000.00 – $195,000.00 Responsibilities Maintain and direct general physician medical care Emphasize early detection, prevention, and overall wellness Serve as the first point of call for all patients Collaborate with the Integrated Behavioral Health team to ensure holistic primary care Work with medical leadership and quality coaches to ensure best practices Focus strongly on quality outcomes and full coordination of care Benefits NHSC/HRSA Loan Repayment program J1 waivers and H1B visas available 5 weeks' vacation, 9 paid holidays, and 12 sick days All‑inclusive malpractice insurance Flexible work/life balance (40‑hour work week, no inpatient call) Manageable patient panel Excellent 403b contribution (Retirement Benefit) Requirements Completion of a U.S. accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program NYS Medical License Board eligible or Board certification DEA registration BLS certification EEO Statement Montefiore is an equal employment opportunity employer.
