What you’ll do : Develop and execute strategic direction in collaboration with the Board, ensuring alignment with vision, mission, and values. Lead financial stewardship, including budgeting, reporting, risk management, and oversight of capital projects and mergers / acquisitions. Oversee operations to ensure safe, sustainable, and efficient practices, driving innovation and profitability. Provide transformational leadership, guiding recruitment, performance management, succession planning, and fostering a high-performance culture. Ensure compliance and safety, maintaining adherence to brand standards, health and safety regulations, and environmental policies. Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, including members, customers, FCL, CRS, and community partners, to enhance organizational reputation and growth. Who you’ll work with : You will work closely with the Board of Directors, Federated Co-operatives Limited and other organizations within the Co-operative Retailing Systemand will have 6 direct report(s). Who you are : You are looking for a career in Executive Leadership and : Have 15+ years of management experience across multiple retail commodities (., food stores, gas bars / convenience stores, petroleum, agriculture, pharmacy), with 10+ years leading large teams and complex projects. Have a post-secondary Bachelor’s degree, (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered). Are familiar with Corporate Governance & Board Relations.
