Dentsu Creative is an agency of dentsu.As an **Account Supervisor****,** you will be responsible for the timely execution of client deliverables on brief and within budget and you will build strong client relationships on a day-to-day basis. Reporting to the Account Director, you will assist with account planning and management.**Accountabilities:*** Supports the Account Director in managing client relationships and overseeing the day-to-day business of specific accounts or a portfolio of accounts. Works closely with media, social, strategy, and creative teams to deliver innovative, insight-driven solutions that meet client briefs and drive integrated campaign success.* Ensures that communications strategies are effectively translated into plans and lead the development and implementation of those plans.* Partners with the Account Director to set the strategic tone for the assigned account and assists in the creation of all-important plans and presentations; project manages plans including timelines and budget.* Works with the Account team to manage delivery expectations, timelines, budgets and project status.* Provides accurate plan details and updates to clients on a regular basis.* Works with all teams in a collaborative way and guides their work per the client objectives.**Qualifications:*** Prior experience in Auto is preferred* 5-7 years of fast-paced advertising agency experience in a heavy client-facing role* Strong client-service orientation, project management and leadership skills* Knowledge and experience in production and execution across a variety of deliverables spanning multiple channels including but not limited to, social, digital, broadcast* Strong experience overseeing and managing client budgets/financials up to multi-million-dollar projects* Excellent time management, organization and detail-oriented skills* Ability to work with a wide range of cross-functional teams and work styles in an IAT model, communicating with a team remotely* Flexible to evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment.**Additional information**: The salary range for this position is $70k-$85k Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
