AI Adoption & Training Consultant (Change Manager or AI Trainer or Enablement Specialist) What You’ll Do Lead AI adoption and change management programs for enterprise clients Deliver engaging training sessions and user enablement campaigns Build AI use-case libraries and learning content for Copilot, Gemini, and ChatGPT Partner with IT and business leaders to measure success and drive engagement Must-Have Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience in Change Management, Training, or Enablement 1+ year of hands‑on experience delivering services or training in Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, or ChatGPT Enterprise Proven success designing and delivering large‑scale learning or transformation initiatives Prosci or equivalent change certification preferred AI Technical Consultant (AI Engineer or AI Readiness Specialist or Integration Consultant) What You’ll Do Configure and deploy Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and ChatGPT Enterprise in client environments Conduct AI readiness and security posture assessments Integrate AI with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and OpenAI APIs Develop governance, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks Collaborate with adoption consultants to align technical enablement with human readiness Must-Have Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Technical Consultant, Cloud Engineer, or Solution Architect 1+ year of real‑world delivery experience implementing Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, or ChatGPT Enterprise Strong background in M365, Azure, Google Cloud, or API integrations Security or architecture certifications (e.g., MS-102, SC-100, or GCP equivalent) are assets ⚠️ Applications without hands‑on experience in at least one of the three AI tools (Copilot, Gemini, or ChatGPT Enterprise) will not be considered.
