Your work will support our national Finance team to create, enhance, and protect value for our organization and stakeholders. As the Finance Business Partnering Consultant, you will work with business partners to lead financial analysis, support decision‑making, and monitor performance. You will act as a subject‑matter expert and provide recommendations, insights, and analysis to meet business objectives. How You Will Create Impact Support business and leadership teams with financial analysis and report development. Proactively gather and summarize information from leaders across all levels to understand potential risks or opportunities. Perform high‑quality financial analysis and create financial frameworks to support decision‑making. Collaborate and gain agreement on analysis and recommendations with business partners and stakeholders. Present reporting, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership. Support required financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting for the Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) and Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), including review of project business cases in our Shared Service project portfolio. How You Will Succeed Innovative mindset to improve operational efficiencies and influence change with a client‑focused approach. Critical thinking skills to recognize assumptions, evaluate arguments, draw conclusions, and proactively propose solutions. Strong communication skills to convey messages clearly and explore diverse viewpoints. Build trusting relationships and provide guidance to support colleague development. To Join Our Team Five years of experience in financial analysis or a related field. Post‑secondary degree, Finance/Business preferred. CPA, CFA, or CBV designation(s) preferred. Expert knowledge of strategic financial analysis. What You Need To Know Extended work hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required. Occasional travel.
