As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and building high-quality, user-centric web applications in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will help drive frontend architecture, contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle, and ensure the technical excellence of your team’s output. This role requires translating complex problems into functional, scalable solutions, while actively improving development practices and processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to deliver robust features. Your impact will extend to shaping the product roadmap and helping steer the technology vision. Accountabilities Lead frontend architecture and development, building scalable and reusable web application components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Write clean, maintainable code with unit, functional, and acceptance tests. Troubleshoot and support production applications, ensuring reliability and performance. Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices across the development team. Contribute to planning, deployment, and continuous improvement of the software development lifecycle. Qualifications 3+ years in a Senior Engineering role with a strong frontend focus; 5+ years in software development overall. Expertise in JavaScript, React, Redux, and SCSS. Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend solutions with backend services. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative development. Ability to break down complex problems into incremental, testable solutions. Excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset, and proactive approach to improvements. Experience with frontend testing and automation systems (unit, integration, regression, and UAT). Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-paced startup environment.
