Christie/Cummings is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our firm.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, sophisticated practice in an exciting area. With access to Georgian Bay, ski hills, hiking and biking trails, Collingwood is a dynamic, growing community with many opportunities to live an active, outdoor lifestyle.
Main Responsibilities Include:
Accounts receivable
Accounts payable
Billing
Bank reconciliation
Month end reports
Law Society compliance
Payroll
Qualifications:
Experience with Soluno and Sage50 Pro Accounting or similar law firm accounting and practise management programs would be an asset
Experience with office management
Adept in managing personnel
Good client communication skills
Professional attitude with a strong sense of discretion
