Hybrid Work Environment Vancouver‑based and Toronto‑based team members work in‑office every other week (Tues‑Thurs). Core attendance is required from 9 AM–3 PM on these days to support business priorities. A Day In The Life Full‑cycle recruitment: manage end‑to‑end recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding) for technical candidates across various roles. Sourcing candidates: use job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates. Collaboration: partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and set clear expectations. Screening and interviewing: conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Candidate engagement: maintain ongoing communication for a positive candidate experience. Market research: stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices. Data management: keep accurate records of recruitment activities in the ATS. Accountability on metrics: track time‑to‑fill, pipeline status, and sourcing effectiveness. What You Bring To The Table 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, especially in headhunting. Must be located in Vancouver, BC or Toronto, ON. Experience with technical recruitment (an asset). Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a solution‑driven mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Proficiency with HR software and ATS. Highly self‑driven and solution‑oriented.
