I'm looking for an SAP Administrator for one of our customers in Longueuil. This is a permanent position, in hybrid mode. Salary varies according to experience ($80,000 to $100,000).

Je suis à la recherche, pour un de nos clients, situé à Longueuil, d'un administrateur SAP. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent, en mode hybride. Le salaire proposé varie en fonction de l'expérience (80 000 à 100 000 $).

Your duties will include :
* Oversee SAP BASIS administration, including system installation, configuration and maintenance.
* Guide the team in ABAP development for custom requirements and enhancements.
* Manage SAP security protocols, user access controls and data confidentiality measures
* Ensure high quality service delivery in line with SLAs
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers for system enhancements and problem resolution
* Implement proactive measures to minimize system downtime and optimize performance
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives in SAP services
* Keep abreast of the latest SAP technologies and trends

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field
* Minimum 5 years' experience in SAP configuration and maintenance, with a focus on BASIS, ABAP or Security
* Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams
* Strong project management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* SAP certification in BASIS, ABAP or Security
* Experience with SAP HANA and cloud-based SAP solutions
* Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL or similar
* Functional verbal and written communication skills in French and English
