This role sits within a dedicated Salesforce Team, where you will play a key part in designing and configuring Salesforce solutions that align with departmental goals and broader business strategies. We are looking for someone who brings a strong understanding of Salesforce, an analytical mindset, and a collaborative spirit to help support and enhance our Salesforce platform across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Act as a primary administrator for the organization’s Salesforce CRM environment. Manage daily administrative tasks, including user setup, report and dashboard creation, and the configuration of workflows and process automation tools. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the production environment, including liaising with Salesforce support as needed. Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and documentation to support internal teams. Provide continuous support and work collaboratively on improvements and feature enhancements to the platform. Partner with business analysts to conduct end-to-end testing in QA and UAT environments ahead of releases. Track and manage tasks and support issues using tools like Jira. Stay current on Salesforce updates, features, and industry best practices. Required Skills and Experience: Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications are required. 3–5 years of hands‑on experience managing Salesforce environments. Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud . Previous experience working with Salesforce Lightning and Field Service Lightning (FSL) . Skilled in using data management tools, such as Data Loader . Experience with AppExchange applications – installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance. Preferred: Background in Salesforce development, including APEX. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think creatively to achieve business objectives. Confident in managing reporting and dashboards for a range of cross‑functional teams. Familiarity with e‑signature tools and Nintex for generating documents via Salesforce workflows. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
