Job Description CIMA+’s Earth and Environment team prioritizes sustainability, integrating green solutions into infrastructure, building, transportation, and energy projects. We are seeking a geotechnical project manager for our Montreal office, working within a multidisciplinary team. Your expertise in soil mechanics will contribute to projects involving design, rehabilitation, or construction of structures, earthworks, slope stability, foundations, and more. Primary Responsibilities Conduct and supervise geotechnical studies, including soundings, drillings, lab tests, and reports. Inspect and assess safety of earth dams. Coordinate studies, fieldwork, and relations with contractors. Prepare technical documents like bids, plans, and specifications. Supervise and mentor junior engineers and trainees. Qualifications Degree in civil or geological engineering with geotechnical specialization. At least 5 years of geotechnical experience. Member of OIQ. Experience or advanced degree in hydrogeology, rock mechanics, soil dynamics, or permafrost (asset). Knowledge of geotechnical software. Fluent in French and English.
