About This Team The Global SEO team is responsible for maintaining, evolving, and elevating SEO practices across the organization and the broader search surfaces our guests use, including traditional search and AI-powered answer engines. As a team, we support the business in delivering search-friendly initiatives for existing and prospective guests across our global markets, including NA, EMEA, and APAC. The result of our work is meaningful, measurable experiences that improve discoverability and drive high-quality traffic to our sites. Core Responsibilities Own day-to-day SEO performance and operations across NA, EMEA, and APAC, translating the Global SEO strategy into regional plans with clear priorities and measurable outcomes. Lead and develop regional SEO business owners, partner with Product on channel priorities and sequencing, and be on the pulse with changes in search to guide how we evolve as a function. Own the SEO Business roadmap in support of the Global SEO strategy; set priorities, success metrics and guardrails, with clear trade-offs and dependencies Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing global team; set clear roles, development plans and accountability for delivery Run the performance drumbeat: track visibility, indexation, rankings/SOV and conversion impact — drive actions via regular reporting gates and issue management Direct global prioritisation of work across markets; balance foundational fixes with growth bets and ensure dependencies are surfaced and resolved Establish operating mechanisms (intake, SLAs, change control, training, office hours) to scale best practice across regions and vendors Provide regular visibility to leadership on Business function progress: status, insights and measured outcomes; own vendor/agency performance and relationships Qualifications At least 8 years of relevant SEO experience, with experience working with a leading B2C eCommerce brand Multi-year track record of creating and delivering successful SEO strategies across multiple international markets Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms and associated ranking factors, inclusive of Google and Bing, with Naver and Daum a plus Advanced knowledge of International SEO and Technical SEO, and the ability to confidently troubleshoot and identify opportunities for improvement within each Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with an ability to pull meaning and action from large sets of data Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex SEO concepts and insights to broader business partners of varying levels Previous experience in successfully building and leading a multi-region SEO team, with focus across both On-Page and Technical SEO tactics Excellent knowledge of business and SEO industry standard tools, such as: Google Search Console, JIRA, Confluence, Lumar, Blue Triangle and GA4 Must Haves Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life. Compensation And Benefits Package lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $ 158,900-$208,500 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
