We’re looking for a Junior Full Stack Engineer who’s eager to learn, curious about how things work, and motivated to build clean, scalable software. You’ll join a fast-moving team of experienced engineers and get hands‑on exposure to the full development lifecycle, from building features to testing, deploying, and iterating. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in software development who’s excited about solving real‑world problems with code and wants to grow into a confident, independent contributor. You’ll work with senior engineers, product managers, and designers to ship features that have a real impact on how governments and applicants move through the permitting process. As a Junior Full stack Engineer at Clariti, you’ll get to : Build and maintain features across our full‑stack platform (Next.js, Express, Firebase, and more) Learn and contribute to both frontend (React/Chakra UI) and backend (Node.js/Express/Firebase) systems Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and regular team stand‑ups Help debug issues and track down bugs in production or development environments Write and maintain unit and integration tests (Jest, Vitest, Cypress, etc.)Collaborate with senior engineers to learn best practices in architecture, testing, and DevOps Contribute to improving developer documentation and internal tooling Learn how to work within CI/CD workflows and GitHub Actions pipelines What do you bring to the team?
