Purpose This position is responsible for overseeing and directing the financial planning and analysis functions within the organization. The Director will develop strategic financial plans, conduct in‑depth financial analyses, and provide critical insights to support executive decision‑making. The Director works closely with senior leadership and the finance team to ensure accurate financial forecasting and budgeting. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic financial plans and budgets to support the organization’s long‑term goals. Conduct in‑depth financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and forecasts to senior management. Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data. Provide guidance and training to team members on financial planning and analysis processes. Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. Skills Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Effective communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications. Education Master’s degree in a related discipline or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with an additional 3 years of experience in lieu of a master’s degree. Experience 11+ years of experience, of which at least 7 leading a team.
