**Job Title: Medical Device Assembler****Job Description**Join an innovative start-up company at the forefront of medical device technology, specializing in organ incubator devices that significantly reduce transplant wait times by efficiently testing and processing organs.**Responsibilities**Assemble medical devices according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and blueprints.Utilize hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers, and wrenches for assembly tasks.Work in a cleanroom environment adhering to GMP standards.Perform quality inspections and ensure devices meet engineering drawings specifications.Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized work area.**Essential Skills**Minimum 2 years of assembly experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, electronics, aerospace, cosmetics, or pharmaceuticals.Proficient in reading and interpreting basic blueprints and engineering drawings.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Experience using hand tools.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Experience in medical device assembly.Familiarity with quality inspection processes.**Why Work Here?**Be part of a growing medical device company offering immediate benefits upon permanent hire. Employees are paid for 8 hours as the team opts to forgo two 15-minute breaks to leave earlier. The cleanroom environment requires wearing hair nets, beard nets (for those with facial hair), gloves, and gowns/lab coats. Jewelry, makeup, nail polish, fake nails/eyelashes are not permitted, though exceptions may be made for religious jewelry worn under clothing. Masks are optional but available, especially during sterilization processes when strong odors may be present.
