About the Job Position: First‑Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers Type: Independent Contractor. Compensation: $65–$140/hour. Location: US, UK, or Canada. Duration: 3–4 weeks. Commitment: 15+ hours/week. Role Responsibilities Design questions related to the role of a First‑Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers. Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines. Ensure question relevance and alignment with industry standards. Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance data quality and project outcomes. Utilize a desktop or laptop computer for project tasks (Chromebooks not supported). Qualifications Must‑Have 4+ years full‑time experience as a First‑Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers. Be based in the US, UK, or Canada. Compensation & Legal We can meet industry‑standard compensation expectations for your current role. Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.
