Your Impact As an Enterprise Account Executive at Deliverect, you will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth by acquiring and managing large enterprise accounts in the restaurant, grocery, and hospitality industries in the NOAM region. Your role will directly impact Deliverect’s growth and market expansion as you build strong relationships with C-level executives, understand their business challenges, and present tailored SaaS solutions that deliver measurable value. This is a high-impact, strategic role that will play a key part in solidifying Deliverect’s position as the leading platform for integrating online orders with POS systems in the foodservice industry. Responsibilities Drive new business and grow Deliverect’s footprint by closing deals with large enterprise clients, exceeding sales quotas. Strategic Relationship Building: Develop trusted partnerships with C-level executives, positioning Deliverect as a key solution for business growth and digital transformation. Solution Selling: Deliver customized solutions through a consultative sales approach, showing how Deliverect can solve pain points and drive measurable ROI. Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, expand Deliverect’s market share, and secure long-term partnerships in the restaurant, grocery, and hospitality sectors. A Typical Day: Lead the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing, targeting high-value clients in the NOAM region. Tailor proposals, create presentations, and demonstrate how Deliverect’s platform can address unique client needs. Your Expertise Experience: 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a strong preference for experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or grocery industries. Proven track record of exceeding enterprise sales quotas and managing long sales cycles. Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand complex customer needs and present tailored solutions that drive value. Exceptional ability to build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, creating trust and positioning Deliverect as a strategic partner. Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot), sales enablement tools (Sales Navigator), and communication platforms (Slack, Zoom). Excellent negotiation skills and a creative approach to solving customer challenges. Ability to negotiate contracts that satisfy both Deliverect and the client’s objectives. Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to Deliverect’s overall revenue growth. Maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate revenue forecasting and timely follow-ups on all opportunities. Ensure client satisfaction and contribute to long-term retention and upsell opportunities by demonstrating value and delivering solutions. Identify and close new enterprise deals within the restaurant, grocery, and hospitality sectors, helping Deliverect expand its market share. Full authority to negotiate deal terms, pricing, and contracts within pre-approved guidelines. Additional Information This role includes targeted bonuses and commissions paid quarterly and annually based on net new partner retention and on-sell and upsell quotas. This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 4 days in our Toronto downtown office and 1 day of remote work. Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential. This role also requires occasional travel (1–2 trips per quarter) to attend customer meetings or industry conferences.
