Job Overview Reporting directly to the executive team, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, fostering business growth, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. 1. Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of logistical operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory management Optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining high service standards Provide leadership and guidance to a diverse team of inspectors and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety Conduct in-person mold inspections and remediations to ensure accurate assessment and effective remediation strategies 2. Business Development: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and expand market presence Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders Lead sales efforts through personalized meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts and partnerships Represent Mold Busters at industry events, tradeshows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and showcase our services Proactively expand market presence by cultivating and maintaining business relationships with partners in Asia and Europe, necessitating the ability to travel to other continents and effectively communicate and negotiate with diverse stakeholders 3. Training and Development: Conduct in-person training sessions for inspectors and support staff to ensure proficiency in inspection techniques, customer service, and company procedures Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members to support their professional development and career advancement Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver training programs that address specific skill gaps and business needs Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred Must possess certification as a Mold Inspector, with preference given to candidates also holding certification as a Home Inspector Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, business development, or related roles, preferably in the environmental services industry Experience in home and mold inspections is required Must demonstrate physical ability to perform in-person mold inspections and remediation projects, which may involve navigating various environments and lifting equipment as necessary Must demonstrate proficiency in technology use, as the position involves utilizing cutting-edge inspection tools and software Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams and driving results Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels Strategic thinker with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset. Knowledge of mold inspection, remediation, or indoor air quality services is an asset Must possess a valid driver’s license and demonstrate proficiency as an experienced driver Fluency in multiple languages is essential to effectively communicate and engage with international partners and clients #J-18808-Ljbffr
