Our team is committed to meeting the highest industry standards and driving innovation. WSP is seeking a Process Engineering Lead to join our GTA office team. You will lead the process discipline on projects ranging from conceptual studies to detailed engineering of large-scale projects, designing facilities across Canada and globally. Responsibilities Serve as the process discipline lead, managing client relationships, project quality, budgets, and schedules. Coordinate and communicate with team members, other WSP groups, equipment vendors, clients, and sub‑contractors. Prepare technical reports, specifications, process schematics, and layout drawings; review deliverables from junior and intermediate colleagues. Conduct process and technology selection, equipment sizing and specification, mass balance, hydraulic analysis, 3D layout review, and analyze colleague work. Mentor and provide on‑the‑job training for junior and intermediate colleagues. Manage multiple simultaneous projects and project resources; support senior staff with budgeting, strategy, staff reviews, and training programs. Contribute to proposal development and support business‑development activities for the sector. Primarily hybrid consulting work with some travel and fieldwork. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. 12+ years of process engineering experience in a consulting environment, with prior lead experience. Experience in oil and gas (gas processing), mine infrastructure, utilities, and industrial applications. Current P.Eng. license in your province of residence. Experience with HYSIS, AFT Fathom, or Promax software packages is an asset. Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
