Your New Role We are seeking an experienced licensed Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of office and retail assets. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of property operations, from budgeting and financial reporting to tenant relations and maintenance oversight. You’ll lead a small team of operations and administrative staff, ensuring accountability, efficiency, and service excellence across the portfolio. Key priorities include preparing and managing operating and capital budgets, conducting regular inspections, negotiating service contracts, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and lease requirements. You’ll maintain strong relationships with tenants and ownership, balancing service delivery with financial performance objectives. The role also involves supporting leasing initiatives, coordinating with brokers, and identifying opportunities to enhance property value and operational performance. What Sets You Apart You are a commercial property professional with at least three to five years of property management experience and a current Rental Property Management licence in BC. You have a solid understanding of building systems, operations, and financial management, coupled with proven leadership skills. You are known for your professionalism, communication ability, and talent for resolving issues with fairness and efficiency. Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi, MRI or equivalent is expected. Most importantly, you bring a solutions-oriented mindset and a commitment to maintaining strong relationships that support both tenants and ownership goals.
