We’re currently looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic Transformation team.
Reporting to the Manager, Automation & Business Intelligence, the Salesforce Developer will work on our existing Salesforce implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in development and a passion for using technology to create social change.

What you will do
- Enhance and maintain our Salesforce implementation, with a focus on Experience Cloud, Flows, Apex, and Data management
- Collaborate with our existing development team to design and implement new features and functionality
- Optimize our use of Salesforce products, including Non-Profit Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud
- Develop custom solutions to meet our organization's unique needs
- Ensure data integrity and system performance
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed
What you will bring
Experience:
- Computer Science Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of development experience
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Experience with Salesforce Flow and process automation
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I or II, Experience Cloud Consultant) an asset
- Experience with Non-Profit Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Data Cloud an asset
Attributes:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with data management and integration techniques
- Previous experience working in the non-profit sector an asset
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies an asset
