About the Senior Property Accountant opportunity This role is a key contributor to the financial operations of our Property Accounting division. You’ll be responsible for preparing monthly financial review packages, managing journal entries and A/R records, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and efficient collections. Responsibilities Prepare monthly Ancillary Services Financial Review packages. Record monthly journal entries with complete supporting documentation. Coordinate and review annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for ancillary revenue and utility chargebacks. Analyze antenna matrix data and SAP entries for accuracy. Provide variance commentary on cable and laundry revenues. Recommend improvements to accounting procedures and policies. Review and analyze A/R reports for antenna, parking, and other ancillary contracts. Collaborate with Ancillary and Property Accounting teams to resolve outstanding balances. Provide financial guidance and respond to queries from internal teams and auditors. Support system enhancements and participate in special projects as assigned. What do you need to succeed? 3–5 years of full-cycle accounting experience, preferably in property management or a related industry. Degree in Accounting or Business; CPA enrollment or equivalent experience is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; SAP experience is an asset. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
