This opportunity: We at Integra Medical Consulting, an MDpanel company, are seeking a Manager, Client Success who will be responsible for developing and sustaining strong client relationships within their assigned geographic region. This role ensures local and regional clients receive exceptional service, while also ensuring that MDpanel physicians remain engaged and performing at a high level. The Manager of Client Success also acts as a bridge between regional client relationships and national growth objectives, working closely with internal teams to expand both client contracts / volume and physician coverage. Must be physically located in 25 km proximity to the Toronto office. Targeted start date for this role is January 18, 2026. Essential Roles and Responsibilities: Client Relationships Proactively seek and develop new regional client relationships. Ensure premium clients in the region are active, engaged, and returning. Collaborate with the national client team to secure and expand contracts. Facilitate professional development and networking opportunities with key client stakeholders. Maintain an adequate pipeline and quantity of premium clients, in collaboration with commercial and operational leadership around priorities for specialties, geographies, and specific opportunities in the market. Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and aligning solutions to their needs. Physician Relationship Management and Network Development Ensure premium physicians in the region are active, engaged, and supported. Includes facilitating engagement with MDpanel professional development offerings (e.g., MDpanel University) and networking opportunities with key stakeholders (e.g., professional societies and clients). Also includes partnering with physicians to grow their overall book of business with MDpanel, as client types and volume, service offerings and geography grows. Includes responsibility for securing physician availability for block scheduling. Maintain an adequate pipeline and quantity of premium physicians to meet client demand, in collaboration with National Provider relations and in consult with commercial and operational leadership around priorities for specialties, geographies, and specific capabilities in demand in the market. Lead QBRs with physicians to discuss partnership and growth opportunities with MDpanel. Collaborate with MDpanel clinical and operations colleagues to share feedback on physician performance and ensure alignment with quality standards. Partner with Referral-to-Order Specialists and scheduling teams to ensure smooth execution of services. Provide market insights and feedback on client and physician needs to inform regional and national growth. Participate in business development initiatives to expand presence in the region. Qualifications and Preferred Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Experience in healthcare, insurance, legal services, or provider relations preferred. Familiarity with medical-legal services strongly valued. Strong background in relationship management or account management, with a preference for experience in physician-facing roles or solutions providers. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with physicians, attorneys, and insurance professionals. Ability to balance client and physician engagement with organizational growth objectives. Strong problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset. Ability to work independently in a regional capacity while collaborating with national teams.
